Online sign calculates the number of minutes to haircut based on the number of stylists working at the time of Check-In. If a shift change occurs during your wait and the number goes from 5 stylists to 2 your wait time changes significantly. When I arrived at the store after signing in online I had a 26 minute wait. One hour later my wait was listed as 3rd in line and the person in front of me had a wait time of 31 minutes. Store manager had nothing to offer for my wait other than, that is the way it works. Will not be back

2nd visit to this location; same result - Excellent! My thanks to Kaci for being courteous and professional, another exceptional MVP experience. That's why I've switched to Sport Clips, although a little pricier, it's definitely worth the experience.

Took my 14 year old son in to get his hair trimmed up today. The only stylist available was this woman that couldn't even take the sucker out of her mouth to talk or to cut his hair. She also did an extremely poor job. When she was finished and I looked at what she did to his hair, she rudely told me that if I had any problems with his hair I had better tell her now. Needless to say the tip I would have given her had she not been rude and an awful stylist went to Sally's next door for a pair of scissors so I could fix what she screwed up myself. Will never go back to Sports Clips and will definitely not recommend them to anyone I know.

Always slow, never can make an appointment as you can at other places, quality is not great, and the experience varies with every stylist. If you are thinking you will get the same stylist each time, it is not likely because they change so frequently. If you want a dependable place that gives you a quality haircut every time, choose a different place.

Lately my experience with sports clips does not make me feel like a guy. I have visited this location many times, until today 07/15/17. I am done with Sports Clips, According to the wait time on the television, it stated I was on deck for 20 min, before it said I had a 30 minute wait. After the 20 min went by the board switched me back to a 39 min wait. My time is valuable plus I had plans the 39 min wait would have altered my plans.I am glad their are other barber shops in our great state, if anyone ever asks be about sports clips I will tell them to stay away along with advising them of both of my bad experiences. Bad Experience #1 Manager purposly shaved a bald stripe on my head Bad Experience #2 After a 30 minute wait then being on deck then going back to another 39 minute wait. Good Bye Sports Clips Forever
